Domestic Shipment

Customs Handling

SA Air Works offers a wide variety of services to help customers in securing smooth and efficient clearance. Our experts manage all the required documentation and can initiate the clearance process before the goods are in transit, to expedite the clearance. Our systematic approach, a dedicated and experienced team, and excellent relationships with genuine Customs broker as well as logistics firms such as DHL/ FedEx, helps in securing error-free clearance and seamless delivery of pan-India cargo and courier.

Special Handling

Hazardous Shipments: SA Air Works has a dedicated team to handle shipments classified as “Dangerous Goods” as per regulation set under IATA.

Radioactive Shipments: Radioactive shipments fall under the “Most Hazardous” shipment category with specific limitations as per IATA regulation. Being under UN 2911, which necessitates special air handling, very few airlines accept this category of shipment. However, SA Air Works is equipped to handle Radioactive shipment through dedicated Freight forwarders and including securing Import permission from India’s Atomic Energy Regulatory Board, as required.

WPC Import Permission: Indian Customs Act and Wireless Planning Division mandate the need for an Import License before importing any Transmitting and Receiving equipment in India and SA Air Works has a dedicated team to handle such requests while managing documents as per requirements, to secure an Import No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the regulatory authorities. The company has a DPL License to handle import and export of Aircraft Transmitting / Receiving equipment.
